Kalou is not only beautiful to look at but also has an excellent demeanor. He is easy to clip, bathe, for the vet & farrier, making him a junior/amateurs dream to handle at the horse show. Flatwork is well schooled, and he has all the buttons and lateral movement.
Since being imported from Belgium in December of 2023, where he was completing in the 7yr olds Kalou quickly made his presence known in Canada in the 1.30m division. Kalou loves to jump and has never said no to any jump or distance put in front of him. He has blood to the jumps and is best matched with a strong rider who wants to be competitive.
